Subscriptions and GovDelivery

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support as US-CERT transitions to a new web platform and 
subscription service.  Your feedback allows US-CERT to continually improve the National Cyber Awareness System (NCAS) 
to meet your needs.  Based on your feedback, US-CERT implemented several changes to the GovDelivery subscription 
service and is exploring future enhancements that ensure you continue to receive timely, trustworthy, and actionable 
information.

 

Specific changes include:

 


  * *URL tracking disabled* –URL tracking has been disabled to address formatting issues with some email clients. 
  * *DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) implementation* – DKIM is now operational on US-CERT.gov and allows users to 
verify the message originated from our domain and an authorized mail server. 
  * *Updated Mail Routing* – Email messages will soon originate from the ncas.us-cert.gov domain rather than 
govdelivery.com. 

 

Please continue to provide feedback that will improve your experience with these services as it is important to 
ensuring NCAS remains a valuable source for cybersecurity information.
