Adobe Releases Security Bulletin for Adobe Reader and Acrobat

Original release date: Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 2:43 pm
Last revised: Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 2:43 pm

Adobe has released a security bulletin to address multiple
vulnerabilities in Adobe Reader X (10.1.2) and earlier versions for
Windows and Macintosh, Adobe Reader 9.4.6 and earlier versions for
Linux, and Adobe Acrobat X (10.1.2) and earlier versions for Windows and
Macintosh. Exploitation of these vulnerabilities may allow an attacker
to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial-of-service condition.

US-CERT encourages users and administrators to review the Adobe security
bulletin APSB12-08 and apply any necessary updates to mitigate the
risks.
