(2) IE cookies assigned to RAM disk survive reboot -- and history too

Well I blew that business about setting history to zero days. I must have
flushed the history without recalling it. I've not yet tinkered further, but
it appears that setting it to zero gives the same result as setting it to
one.  Funny; I always thought zero and one were different.  MS apparently
has some new math going on....
