windowsupdate hit with code red worm

Hello...

I was refered to the windowsupdate site (from a /. post) and did indead 
see the, IIRC, "http://www.worm.com ... hacked by chinese" web site.

http://www.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/

Shouldn't the server that updates all the win32 machines be updated also?
