lpr bug still distributed?

I thought the "lpr bug" (any user with access to execute lpr can copy a 
file they've made to anywhere on the system) has been well known for a 
really long time, but BSDI is still distributing a lpr that falls for 
this and I'm sure others are too.. will they ever wise up?

(a little warning to those of you with some involvement with BSDI)
