Offhand I don't know of any tool that covers all of those.  You can use the opatch utility to patch multiple Oracle DBs 
from a central location (including through Oracle GRID console).  But sometimes that works and sometimes it doesn't, 
based on the complexity of those DB setups (clustered versus standalone, etc.).  Therein lies the problem why a single 
tool won't handle all of those different DB types/brands - it's not easy to make it all work.  You might need to 
concentrate on good tools to manage patching for each individual environment, or eliminate some of those DB products 
and collapse down into a more common operating environment.
