DDoS-attack

Hello! We have experienced a massive DDoS attack last week. The attack came from different IP addresses from port 1234 (and at times from port 0) to port 80 and later changed to UDP traffic. At worst, there were over 80,000 sessions per second and more than 500 mbit. of traffic per second. We have successfully averted the attack eventually, but then are other things after another: Intense IP scan on port 22 to the IP-range spring (from eg hxxp :/ / singlehop1.shodanhq.com / and hxxp :/ / singlehop2.shodanhq.com /) Lots of DNS requests Abnormally lot SMTP traffic to SPAM our servers Have any of you been away in something similar before? Thanks in advance.
