There are an absolute plethora of tools that you can use. Over time, you'll get more familiar with them as you find new 
tools and new attacks. You'd best check out the links mentioned, as someone being able to just list off tools here 
would barely cover the surface. And you will find more of the less common ones over time, by just stumbling across them.

Whatever you do, just try to keep in mind you should always understand what the tool is actually doing, before you go 
use it.
