Is this still true if for a classic PHP + MySQL webserver when we assume 
that: a hacked doesn't use 0 day exploits ,  the daemons running on that 
shared server are all up to date, PHP is configured with open_basedir 
and they have disabled a lot of php functions ? [ this is the scenario 
for the shared HostGator ]
