Opening RPC port

Any known dangers with opening up port 135 between our internal Zenoss server and another internal server for WMI
monitoring?  I'm a bit reluctant due to the fact that it's port 135, but as long as I limit the source and destination
I can't see much of a problem.

Anyone have any safer way of doing this?

Cheers,
Andi
