Hello,
You should have a look on Wallix or Balabit appliances.

Subject: Session Management and User-Action-Logging-Proxy/Appliance

Hello guys,

i am currently searching for some kind of proxy or appliance to
completly log all user actions and sessions. We need to see everything a
user enters and everything he gets as a result. The services vary from
RDP to SSH, so we pretty much need an allrounder. Plus, there needs to
be some kind of authentification system to limit the access of the users
- something like a token.

The software we need has to answer these questions:
1.) Where is the user connecting to?
2.) What is he typing or doing?
3.) What is the result of his actions?

The system is part of a new security regulation in our company. Is
anyone experienced in this or is someone using this?

Any help is appreciated.

regards
