Have you tried booting in the safemode w/o networking and running the
scans there as well? Get some more tools before you boot into safemode
rootkit detectors, different AV scanners, etc...

MalwareBytes is good
EmsisoftEmergencyKit.zip
rootkit-remover-.exe
Tredmicro-RootkitBuster.exe
VIPRERescue7659.exe
windows-kb890830-v3.14.exe

If none of those get it then boot into Safemode w/ Networking see
again if these attempts are being made and  then try an online scan.
