Capture the flag challenges

Hi

I am putting together a CTF event for a local university. For this I
will need some extra challenges apart from the actual hacking contest.

For example release a binary and have the teams create a key
generator...or break some weak encryption...or solving some trivia...or
tell me the 10 millionth Fibonacci number.

Do you have any other ideas ?
