Several thoughts on this. 1. Google any app and the word keygen will produce sites saying they have a keygen. It is a script that some warez / malicious sites use to show at the top of Google. 2. If you think it is legit download it onto a machine that you plan to re-image and verify if it works. If it don't then don't worry about it. 3. If you can prove that you are the creator / owner of the application and the site truely has a keygen that works have your lawyer send them a cease and desist order to have them remove it. 4. Release a update with a new algorithm / registration system and deactivate the old version. I usually use a online registration with my apps and once it registers that number is no longer able to register. Good Luck.

I use fingerprint to authorize my customers and I give them specific serial numbers. Recently I discovered that a strange person have cracked my program and generated a keygen for that. I don't know him. I saw that keygen in a warez site. How can I complain? Do I have to register my program in an association to pursue that person? Where do I have to prefer to criticize this illegal exploit? Thanks for any help -- Ali Asghar TorabiWell the thing is the illegality of it only exists in certain areas, it may very well be legal to make a keygen for your program in his country, and unless you know who you can't figure that out. Your best bet is to write a better application to survive cracking attempts, otherwise good luck. Btw, it wasn't an exploit. A keygen is a cracking method, an exploit is a method to gain unauthorized access to the box that runs your application.
