Used Kaseya for almost 3 years. Including the new K2 version.

Its not very good. It's like a few features on top of logmein.

They have support for Windows and Mac only so far (Not *nix).
Basically, all it can do is grab event logs and send you email alerts
when a certain eventid, source or such comes up. It doesn't do much in
the way of reporting on eventlogs and if it doesn't get logged to the
event logs then you can really correlate.

Otherwise the network monitoring was appalling in the old version and
seems pretty average (a couple of steps below cacti / nagios).

It contains good features for remote access (VNC, RDP) and good script
deployment and scheduled task management. We used to have a great repo
of Powershell / VBScripts that we could deploy at any time that would
do things like "Install AV", "Delete File A", "Run Backup". Thats
about it.
