Adding new exploit module to metasploit 3.1

Trying to add a new exploit module (for the Microsoft SAM issue) to Metasploit

Got the file from the Bugtraq mailing list here itself, but i can't find any documentation on how to add this in my 
metasploit (v3.1 on Windows XP) installation

could anyone please help?
