Hi s,

talking about data backup and restoring data...
Perhaps a group with topics such as System Administration may be more
useful. Otherwise, grep the web for papers on Disaster Recovery.

as could be recover Active Directory accounts...
The topic of interest is Authoritative Restores vs Non-Authoritative Restores.

hello all!

well, talking about data backup and restoring data, a new
responsability to me, and trying to stablish a procedure because none
exists, i just wondering if owner's information must provide info at
time he is making a data backup request, about how this data should be
restored in case of emergency, as could be recover Active Directory
accounts... some kind of step-by-step, and so on por each existing
pool . Also I wondered whether it was necessary owner's information
fills a request a form before restoring data...
I am new at this, at data backup and restoring data, so, could you
guys, please provide with any real-life examples or your advices to
 this respect?

thanks all you guys in advance!
