Unfortunately, I don't know if there are any sites that could replace milw0rm right now. What str0ke added to the 
process (personally verifying every exploit) was the true underlying value of his site. You didn't have to worry about 
crappy, non-working, or just plain malicious (hah!) exploits. I'm not sure you can say the same about any other online 
public exploit repository.

The other sections of the site were excellent as well, like the videos section (which still few realized was there).

I'd hope str0ke and milw0rm come back, even if it means adding to the moderators maintaining the content.
