OpenVPN Configuration

Hello everybody,
I need your help,

I'm trying to create an x509 certified OpenVPN tunnel between 2
machines, this works fine with no problems.

What I would like to do is to enable just 2 ports inside the tunnel,
can this be done from OpenVPN settings, or TCP/IP filtering could
help?

Please advice.
