Track by Hostname.. (although that could fall under IP address)

OR..

Track by physical methods (but that starts with MAC address -> Switch Port -> Unplug... wait for helpdesk call...!)

or..

Using Websense or a Proxy server..
Track by Username.. (you dont let users share logons do you?) ;-)
