Alliance and Leicester have a security issue with their banking website whereby the pages do not enforce cache control. 
 As a result, secure pages are being cached and confidential information is leaked through the browser local cache.  
This is also highly frustrating for users of the system as pages have to be manually refreshed before changes can be 
seen.

I've notified them about this issue four times, and each time they say the same thing: "we have referred this to a 
specialist team".

Over four months has passed since my first notifying them.

Not sure what else to do, so posted here out of frustration - why are banks so poor at listening to their users 
concerns about security and even functional issues?
