Hax.tor.hu level 2

Hi, I aced the first level on hax.tor.hu, but am stumped as to what to do
with number 2.
Im too scared to portscan as it might come across that I am trying to hack
the FBI ?
Can i please have a little guidence as to how to proceed. Thanks.
