DB model/ER diagrams for Vuln Tracking?

Does anyone have any good Database E-R Models/Diagrams for Vulnerability tracking?

The only thing I've been able to find is this URL which is lacking quite a bit.

Looking to integrate various "standards" based reporting (ie. bugtraq, CVSS, etc)
and tie those to found vulnerabilities from internal sources (network scans,
appscans, etc)
