Security Skills Self Assessment

Hello Colleagues,

Can anyone on this list refer me to a self assessment questionnaire or
checklist for a security professional?  I am looking for a list that can
be given to a Systems Security Administrator or a Entry level Security
Engineer so that person can assess his/her skillset.  Any ideas or
references to such an assessment tool?  Thanks in advance.
