Help Needed with a Topic Presentation

I have to give a presentation for a Capitol College Malicious Software Course.  

My topic is 

Detection (of), Identification (of), and Response (to) a Malicious Code/Incident/Attack

If anyone has any info they would like to contribute (and you would be recognized in the presentation), or reference
