IRM with Microsoft Office 2003 Word Documents and Excel Sheets

Dear All :
I need to add a classification for my Office 2003 Word documentations and
Excel Sheets .
Any suggested software to be used - commercial or open source ? 

Note :
There was an old Software called sealedmedia - but Oracle has bought it and
added it to its products - I need a similar product .
