SOX Whitepapers and Guidelines

Wondering if anyone might have a few SOX white papers, guidelines,
how-tos, etc., for getting compliant and learning about the
regulations - from general knowledge to specific tasks. There are
plenty of books and items for sale, I already have a few, but I'm
hoping to find some of the free kind - and would be especially
interested in various examples of security policies based on SOX
compliance, that can be anonymized and shared as necessary!
