tiger message I don't understand

Can someone please tell me what these mean (from tiger on the Internet- facing server on the dmz)

NEW: --WARN-- [lin003w] The process `' is listening on socket (udp6 on fe80 interface) is run by 7373. NEW: --WARN-- [lin003w] The process `' is listening on socket (udp6 on interface) is run by 24444. NEW: --WARN-- [lin003w] The process `' is listening on socket (udp6 on interface) is run by 6649. I can't find an explanation of this on google, and netstat doesn't seem to see any of these...
