Ok, I will try to explain this easily. Basic Network Setup: WindowsBox --> Router --> DSL/Cable --> Internet ARP Spoof: Step 1: Setup IP Forwarding Step 2: Send Windows an ARP packet saying that you are the router. Step 3: Send the router an ARP packet saying that you are the windows box. If you hadn't setup IP forwarding then Host X wouldn't have a connection to the internet. I hope this helps.
