Attack distribution statistics

Hi,

I am looking for some statistics on attack distribution.

More precisely, I'd like to know the percentage of attacks targeting 
each vulnerability (BID), I am thinking from a honeypot or something 
like that.

Anybody know about a paper discussing such statistics ?
