Having wanted to do this a couple of years ago (I've been wrapped up in conducting CIP research and writing books for
the past 2+ years), I never had to opportunity to announce our mailing lists. At this time, I want to announce TWO (2)
mailing lists for general distribution: CIPP-L and SCADASEC-L.

==============================

The first mailing list (CIPP-L) is more like a news blast (people usually don't discuss or contribute anything) which
pertains to CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE PROTECTION AND PREPAREDNESS and/or HOMELAND SECURITY. Seeing that this is an
emerging industry, and that there is currently a movement to converge security management practices, we feel that this
would provide beneficial and useful information for everyone involved. News blasts are separated based on their
respective infrastructure/industrial sector.

The CIPP-L URL is found here: http://cipp.infracritical.com.

==============================

The second mailing list (SCADASEC-L) is an active discussion group about SCADA security which pertains to SCADA and
industrial control systems security. The discussions are general (sometimes heated) and DOES NOT discuss anything very
technical (metaphorical and hypothetical scenarios). Discussion is from global locations impacted or affected by
potential SCADA system disruptions. Participating members are representative from several venues including (but not
limited to): law enforcement groups, end-users, security consultants, risk management consultants, researchers,
educators, and general enthusiasts.

The SCADASEC-L URL is found here: http:/scadasec.infracritical.com.

==============================

Both mailing lists are available to the general public freely and openly. However, we reserve the right to moderate
accordingly, as various countries have differing laws specific to their infrastructures. All topics pertain (in some
form or another) to the following topics:

1.  CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE PROTECTION
2.  HOMELAND SECURITY
3.  EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
4. RISK ANALYSIS AND MANAGEMENT (of critical infrastructures)

Again, all information is available for FREE. Any questions, send me an email. ;)
