Website\Tool listing version numbers of sec tools ?

Hello,

as the subject says, does anybody know a website or tool which lists the current version numbers of the most well-known 
security tools (e.g nmap, aircrack, nikto, wireshark etc.) ?

I am looking for that kind of thing for some time now but the only thing that came close to what i was looking for is a 
tool called HackPack from Foundstone. Unfortuantely HackPack only lists a very small selection of tools and doesn't 
seem to be supported any longer.
