Fingerprint 2-factor authentication in a domain?

Most of the USB and "built in laptop" finger print reader devices seem to come with software that provides users the 
ability to manage passwords for logging into web sites etc.  

Am curious what you've found to be the best enterprise level software that can be used to take advantage of fingerprint 
readers to authenticate users to an active directory domain on a Microsoft network?

A bonus would be central management and possibly even the added ability to manage passwords for web sites as well. The 
core issue would be domain authentication though...
