This is a very nice "Sandbox" utility.  Check it out.  Altiris.  I use
it all of the time.

it's free, but i guess it's sort of begger-ware...

it was originally meant to just sandbox internet explorer, as the
name suggests, but now you can sandbox just about any win32 app in it
just fine...
