What do you mean with "distribuite" (sic)? Are you looking for a tool
which eases the planning/organisation or a technical step of assigning
addresses to devices in a network? I the former is the case, you could
use some kind of (web-based) database frontend or a simple text file in
a 'greppable' format. If the latter is your point, have a look at ISC's
DHCPd.
