Installing Nessus on Backtrack 3

Hi, I need some help installing Nessus on Backtrack 3 

Current Setup : 
VMware pointing to the ISO image of Backtrack 3 
I have got the Nessus rpm and converted to tgz and unzipped using gzip on backtrack 3 but could not proceed further.  

Backtrack does not allow to store files locally

I need help to proceed further and install Nessus on Backtrack 3.
