The awareness issue is a little bit tricky..everyone has his day to day job and it will be difficult to add more 
complexity in his life.Nevertheless, a good way to start the awareness, would be a presentation (.ppt)of all the 
security issues you want them to learn about.Organize meetings with each department separately when you make the live 
presentation. Use a different presentation approach for each different department.
After you complete the presentation thing,print out some posters concerning security and put them in its floor,create 
an intranet website where you ll inform them about current security issues,send them emails.And explore the internet 
using "sec awareness" as key word, you ll find a lot.
