Command line Protected Storage password extractor?

I've been playing with the old nirsoft password revealer (http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/pspv.html), and it reveals entire passwords within a GUI. It can also respond to command lines (pspv.exe /stext c:\MyFolder\pass.txt). For demo purposes, I don't want to reveal the entire password, and don't want a GUI. Any code or other alternatives out there?
