This is *not* possible to bypass unknown protection, similarly it is *not* possible to attack an "abstract PC" without knowing which OS & software is running on it. If you have firewall, it will probably stop them. If your OS is non-Windows, you will make their jobs harder - next to impossible with proper Linux or OpenBSD configuration. What they tell you - that they can break any protection of any OS is a bull.
Zero-day exploited code might just do the trick, AFAIK.
