online searchable exploit code database?

Evening everyone, sorry for the late mailing :)

I was asked if there is 3 things online.
1. a searchable database of exploit code with detailed descriptions on what it does with vendor link etc. I couldn't find any, at least not any free ones. I think he is looking for something like a wikipedia of exploit code. 2. a blogging community for security professionals. kind of like myspace or blogger.com but specialized for security professionals ( even a blog directory would be a good start already I think) 3. a collection of security publications in various formats (like SANS reading room but where anyone can submit a paper for free.)

The reason i was given to research this was that there is apparently interest of providing one of these or even all services if there was enough if any demand.

If anyone can give me some links or insight knowledge I would appreciate it since I coulnt find anything really substantial.
You dont have to mail the whole list , you can contact me offline.

Thanks already for your time.
