The government is starting to disable web based email due a leak of info
I believe. I read about a few weeks ago. If I find the article I will

    Hotmail.com can't access in China now, I can access it via US
proxy. i'm not sure it is the problem of Microsoft or Chinese gov,
does anyone has idea?
