1) Don't take software from strangers
2) If an email has an attachment, it's probably bad
3) Never meet someone online without your parents present.
4) Despite what your email may tell you, size doesn't matter.  (Ok, so
perhaps this one should be reworded)

Now, how to teach them not to download stuff riddled with spyware.
That's the hard one.
