You need to adjust Outlook to wrap lines at something like 72
characters. Below you PGP settings. Some of the lines in the message
I'm replying to were as long as 89 characters. Funny things happen to
messages with lines that long. :(

Not an Outlook user myself, so I'm sorry I can't help you out there...
