Security Templates Reporter

Hi to all. Does anyone know a program which generate a report from the
information obtained after comparing a security template(i.e: one of
the nsa) with the machine configuration? I would like to generate a
report after applying this comparison with the Secure and
Configuration Analysis tool(or with secedit), showing which values are
different and what are the differences. If the program is free
software it would be better. Thanks for all.
