Encrypt / Secure HP Ipaq

Hey everyone,

With the discussion of encryption lately I thought I would bring up my
question.  Anyone know of any good software preferably OSS for
encrypting and securing HP Ipaq's with Mobile 5.0?  I already have our
units password protected and locked out after X minutes of non use.  But
for managers I need to encrypt their data.
