I am currently enrolled in the Masters in Information Security program at the DePaul University that is all distance 
learning or web based.  Depending on how many classes you take I would say that 20 hrs for one class per week is not 
enough for one class. I would say that at least 30 would be more like it considering most of the curriculum is 
technical and requires lab work.
