Strong authentification

Hi list
I'm looking for some strong authentificaton solution , using USB key , 
for a set of laptops .
My aim is to garant access to these laptops using USBKey , store 
password , enable VPN access , and crypt/uncrypt partition or other 
USBkey . Does any one have tested product who can match my needs ? have 
looked www.volprotect.com but they use biometric system (not bad I know 
but to "NSA style" for the users of this solution) .
