Blackberry Risks

Hello all...I ahve posted here before and got some good feedback so I thought I would pose another question to the 
experts.  A couple of our email and network administrators are pushing to setup blackberries that have the ability to 
manage network devices and servers on our private network but I am trying to stop it from happening.  We currently have 
a BES server setup with encryptionend-to-end and mandatory lockouts on the current blackberries in the field, but now 
that it has been rolled out, administrators are looking for more access.  I was wondering if anyone knew of any good 
papers on the risks associated with blackberry use on our network and also blackberry use for network and server 
management.  Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
