This is by far the mother load of this sort of CDs you seek. http://www.winternals.com/Products/AdministratorsPak/ you can burn custom windows cd with the software you need to fix the PC Barts is number two i would say. Only thing I can think of that is similar(maybe--I'm not too sure on knoppixexcept for it being a bootable cd OS) is windows PE or Bart PE maybe.
