Rob, I faced a similar situation a few years back and collated a list of every tap vendor http://www.securitywizardry.com/taps.htm As far as I know it still details every vendor except one, I lost the details for them, though I don't remember the company. I also have details on a tap detection system which goes beyond the standard threshold alarm.
